职位描述
This is one year contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Selection
• Drive vendor selection and consolidation for all the Capex project scopes
• Investigate and approve the facilities, quality and financial responsibility of potential suppliers.
• Actively support the responsible sourcing projects implementation (Sedex, Audits)
Negotiations & Contract Management
• Solicit and analyse quotes, negotiate prices and delivery terms and investigate invoice discrepancies.
• Negotiate spot and long term contracts
• Ensure contract type & adaptation to local legal and import regulations.
• Contract management and risk mitigation. Upholding the integrity of the contract by diligently ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with IM&S processes and alignment with global/regional category managers.
• Perform out local negotiations with suppliers and ensure adequate contract cover within the portfolio within the value of spend specified by the Regional IM&S Procurement Manager and the Global Delegation of Authorities/Signatories policy.
Reporting, Process Management & Documentation
• Integrate the IM&S processes so as to conform to the guidelines developed within the SAP and SRM system.
• Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets related to procurement.
• Prepare and present procurement reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues or disputes.
Background Requirements:
• Bachelor level, in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain
