Background：

   Supply chain potential risks and disruptions have a significant impact on the company’s business and financial performance.

   Risk stems from uncertainty about the outcome of a strategy, a process, or an event. This uncertainty is heightened as the timing and accuracy about the information available concerning the event becomes unclear. As the risk grows, so does the potential for financial loss.

   Companies with mature supply chain and risk management capabilities are more resilient and able to withstand supply chain disruptions.

   Participants in this presentation will learn how to identify, analyze and put in place actions to prevent and mitigate the impact of supply chain risks.

   Chaim is the president of C.S. Consulting Associates Inc.; a Toronto based consulting firm, providing consulting and education services to manufacturing and service companies.

    Chaim possesses a unique combination of hands-on and consulting experience that enables him to provide value added assistance to his clients not only with the principles and techniques but also with the practical application and implementation. He has educated and helped transform many companies and improved their operations efficiencies and bottom line.

    He has been consulting and conducting seminars and education programs for various corporations and educational institutions for more than 25 years and published numerous articles on the subject of Lean Thinking, TOC, Risk Management and key implementation success factors.
