ROLE PURPOSE 

The position is accountable for leading the end to end supply and replenishment process in China ensure agreed stock level is maintained and available. 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

• Driving the monthly replenishment process by:

• Translating monthly S&OP numbers into a replenishment plan.

• Interface with commercial and APAC demand planner for data anomalies and or updates

• Update APO with replenishment forecast before cycle cut-off

• Generating purchase orders (PO) with sufficient lead times to vendors

• Drive weekly Supply Review Meeting with China commercial team. 

• Highlight root causes for any deviations from plans

• Establish mitigating actions plans where applicable 

• Manage end-to-end planning under toll manufacturing environment, incl. raw material planning, material inventory control, tolling capacity plan and FG supply. 

• Participate in monthly and weekly APAC supply chain meetings

• Reassess and update any changes to replenishment plans as and when new demand and supply information is available.

• Generate adhoc PO & stock transport orders (STO)

• Coordinate interplant transfers

• Coordinate with vendors (external and intercompany) regarding replenishment shipment status. 

• Interface with CS team regarding inbound shipments and stock transfers

• Escalate inbound damage stocks for appropriate actions. 

• Execute monthly Risk Control Management reporting

• Participate in relevant Local, Regional and/or Global initiatives. 

• Support performs goods receipt (GR)

EHS

• Perform, Maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company. 

• Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company

PERFORMANCE MEASURES 

• Delivery On Time In Full (DIFOT)

• Stock vs Stock cover 

• Good Receipt On Time

• Complete safety training and audits 

• Report near miss or unsafe act

• Ability to follow through and hit deadlines and meticulous

• Excellent communication, and the ability to interface with all levels of customers, suppliers and colleagues

• Able to understand and appreciate impact of actions on costs and operations of other departments

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min bachelor degree 

EXPERIENCE

• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain 

• End-to-end supply planning skill incl. raw material, FG and inventory management

• Experience with APO & SAP 

• Experience in dealing with 3PL service providers will be an added advantage

• Experience in managing products with batches will be an added advantage

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

• Good Excel skills - Able to generate reports using Excel, Power BI etc.
