• To develop best-in-class demand/supply forecast to support the business needs. Emphasis on continuously drive 
• improvements against forecast errors and minimizes supply risk, and establish consensus on demand and supply. 
• To proactively work with Purchasing & Logistics to solve supply/stock issues. 
• To prepare and lead monthly cross-function demand forecasting discussion.

• Regular FG for Brands 
• Supply Plan and risk analysis for LTO/NPL FG 
• Lead CPFR, S&OP process

• Monitor forecast by national/LC by week level of responsible SKUs, Continue to improve national level forecast accuracy, especially for S&OP SKUs. 
• Deliver rough capacity checks for events and release final capacity check to confirm all SKUs demand, capacity & flexibility for events. 
• Lead supply planning meeting for events to arrange the stock preparation and contingency plan. 
• Work with purchasing to solve unbalanced demand/supply issue to meet business needs. 
• Weekly sales status tracking for phase in/out, drive engagement with Marketing/PCM. 
• Lead CFPR monthly meeting; keep tracking demand fluctuation to alert risk with vendor, Optimize supply planning with brand input and vendor capacity. 
• Lead monthly S&OP meeting, balance long term demand/supply, pre-alert risk and take action in advance. 
• Sustain demand forecasting and planning system running stably; participate in planning system excellence and digital projects. 
• Cross function communicate for projects, check and track data input from other team. 

• At least 8 years of planning (demand, supply planning) experience. 
• Strong adaptability, quick learner with business acumen and vision. 
• Able to work under pressure, quick reaction and result oriented for complicated requirements. 
• Clear minded, logical thinking, analytical skill and willing to manage details and data. 
• Influencing skill, willing to manage the conflicts among different functions. 
• Good English in listening/Writing/Speaking. Good presentation and PPT skill. 
• Good working knowledge of intelligent system.
