UTA-TJ EMBA的课程如何安排？

 课程周期为18个月，共12个模块，平均55-60天安排一个模块。

 每个模块集中四天教授授课（周五至次周一），每天8小时的课程，要求考勤，缺课时间不允许超过一天半。

 每个模块安排一位来自同济大学的辅导老师，4天教授课程中负责全程辅助。安排3次辅导老师的辅导课，每次4小时，中文授课，时间在周末或工作日的晚上，在教授上课前和上课后的时间安排辅导课，基本不要求考勤，教授授课前的周四晚上为外地学员安排一次辅导课。

试听课简介：

在产品生产和提供服务过程中，对原材料，人员及设备的应用系统的设计、控制以及在生产决策中对数字模型的应用。使学生了解随着信息时代的到来和信息技术的广泛应用，生产和运作管理已从机器时代偏重于技术层面转为人文与技术层面并重。从总体上整合管理知识，理解管理真谛。

Mainly introduce the design and control of systems for the use of raw materials, personnel, equipment and facilities in manufacturing products and providing services as well as how to apply Mathematical models to decisions in a manufacturing setting. This lesson makes students learn that with the coming of information age and information technology being widely used, production and operations management have moved from attaching importance to technology in machinery age to pay equal attention to personality and technology. This lesson makes students learn about the management idea as a whole and understand the essence of management.

Ph.D.Linköping University, Sweden

Associate Professor (tenured position), Department of Production Economics,

Ou Tang is a Professor of Production Economics at Linköping University, Sweden, where he obtained a PhD in 2000. His publication has a focus on Supply Chain and Operations Management. More specifically, his research interest includes inventory modelling, manufacturing planning and control systems, closed loop supply chain management, supply chain risk management, service operations management, and China related operations management issues. Areas of Expertise/Research: 40+ papers, including one book and 18 scientific articles in well-known international journals. Also Visiting Professor in Brescia University, Italy (2004), Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan (2003-2004), Akita Prefectural University, Japan (2003).
