Detailed Scope of Duties

(1).以精益生产为目标，准确监控并分析短中长期产能规划，以及合理安排生产计划；

With lean production as the goal, accurate analysis of short, medium and long-term capacity planning and organize production planning reasonably; 

(2).创建生产工单，每日组织召开生产计划会议，对生产工单的完成状况进行统计分析；创建工单前，需确认所有生产相关物料人员设备模具是否已全部准备完成，准备完成建立工单；追踪并统计生产工单完成情况；

Create production orders, organize daily production planning meetings, and conduct statistical analysis on the completion status of production orders; Before creating work orders, it is necessary to confirm whether all production-related materials, personnel, equipment and moulds are ready for completion before establishing work orders, so as to establish work orders; track and count the completion status of production orders;

(3).平稳的生产计划安排，以防止产线频繁调整带来的不必要损失；

Stable production planning to prevent unnecessary losses caused by frequent adjustment of production lines; 

(4).与相关部门一起处理各类异常，寻找并制定可行性解决方案，按时按量的达成生产计划，防止呆滞库存产生；

Work with relevant departments to deal with all kinds of abnormalities, find and formulate feasible solutions, achieve production plans on time and in quantity, and prevent the production of sluggish inventory; 

(5).每月召开产销协调会议，提供短中长期产能分析以及生产人力分析，产能规划异常的，与相关部门  一起寻找并制定可行性解决方案；

Hold monthly production and marketing coordination meetings to provide short, medium and long-term capacity analysis and production manpower analysis. If the capacity planning is abnormal, work with relevant departments to find and formulate feasible solutions; 

(6).确保生产需求准确地维护在系统中，以保证系统正确运行出生产及原物料采购需求；

Ensure that the production planning is maintained accurately in the system to ensure the correct operation of the system and the correct demand for raw materials procurement; 

(7).成品及半成品的库存控制；Inventory control of FG & WIP；

(8).项目EOP控管,防止呆滞料的产生；

Project EOP control to prevent the production of sluggish FG & WIP; 

(9).Capacity分析及投资分析；

Capacity analysis and investment analysis; 

(10).与生产及生技部门，推进OEE的持续提升；

Promote the continuous upgrading of OEE with the MFG & MFGE sector; 

(11).推进持续改善专案；

Continuous improvement; 

(12).追踪SAP系统实施，提出使用过程中的问题，并追踪改善结果。

Tracking the implementation of SAP system, putting forward the problems in the use process, and tracking the improvement results.

(13). 确保按照EMS环境体系的要求实施;

Ensure to work according to the requirement of EMS(environmental management system).

Requirements to Job Owner

(1). 学历与专业

Education and professional

本科及以上学历，汽车、物流供应链、国际经贸等相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in automobile, logistics supply chain, international trade, etc. 

(2).工作经验

Experience

必需Essential: 

1.至少3年汽车生产及制造行业供应链工作经验；

At least three years supply chain experience in automotive production and manufacturing industry;

2.有注塑排产经验者优先，特别为橡胶行业；

Experience in injection manufacturing process is preferred, especially in rubber industry. 

3.有专案改善经验；

Experience in project improvement; 

更佳Better: 

1.有精益生产相关经验

Experience in lean production 

2.有包装设计相关经验；

Experience in packaging design; 

3.有体系推行相关经验；

Systematic implementation of relevant experience;.

(3).能力素质

Competence

能力Ability: 

1.熟悉物流流程知识；

Familiar with logistics process knowledge; 

2.熟练的软件办公能力，如Excel、Word、PPT、CAD等；

Skilled software office skills, such as Excel, Word, PPT, CAD, etc. 

3.熟练的ERP能力，搭建模块、使用以及制程改善；

Skilled ERP capability, building modules, using and process improvement; 

素质Quality: 

1.有较强部门人员管理和跨部门的沟通协调能力；
